Most of my photography is focused on capturing couples during their engagement time or on their wedding day. It’s not often that I get a chance to photograph a couple that is well on their marriage journey. Although they were not celebrating anything specific, it was still so special to capture Sydonie and Josh. We hiked down by the river (it was quite a steep walk down!), and then they started off their session by taking turns praying for each other. I felt blessed to witness a young couple putting God first in their marriage, and for wanting that moment to be a part of their memory-making.
